Accounting Manager

The Company is the subsidiary of CNQC International Holdings Limited(HKEx:01240), it established to serve the growing demand of Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) in Hong Kong, Macau and Great Bay Area. Based on more than 19 years of experiences in the field of PPVC in Singapore (same as MiC in Hong Kong), CNQCiC is capable on both Concrete MiC and Steel MiC business for advanced and high quality modules. For the Concrete MiC, we adopted most advanced 3D casting technology from Europe and will have our own factory in Hong Kong producing high quality products for the public and private sectors of Hong Kong, Macau and Great Bay Area

Salary:  Negotiable

Job Descriptions:

n Prepare full set of accounts including month end closing, breakdown detailed schedules and reconciliations

n Prepare management reports, monthly financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, tax planning and costing analysis.

n Coordinate year-end audits and timely submission of tax filings and reports

n Prepare cashflow forecast, financial forecast and annual budget

n Prepare financial analysis for management review

Requirements:

n Bachelor Degree in Accounting

n At Least 8 years of working experience 

n Experience in MiC or PC construction industry is an added advantage

n Knowledge in accounting system

n Proficiency in MS Office with excellent skills in Excel

n Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

n Self-motivated, hardworking and can work independently

n Strong communication skills. analytical, problem solving and presentation skill;

n Have stable working history
