Requirements:

Degree in building construction
-
Min. 4 years relevant working experience

Experience in MiC construction works is an added advantage

Experience in mainland China 's MiC factory is an added advantage
Duties:
-
Prepare and regularly review the Quality Control Plan for the critical activities of the assigned projects
-
Assist the Project Manager to implement the approved Quality Control Plan for the project and report for any non-conformities identified to the management team to take corrective actions

Monitor the production progress and quality of the MiC and precast concrete units, including façade, at the factory.

Co-ordinate with all stakeholders, including the client’s representatives and consultants to carry out the necessary inspections before the delivery of the units to site.

Monitor the progress of corrective actions taken for the identified non-conformities until satisfactory completion of the tasks and prepare the corresponding completion records to be endorsed by all necessary parties.

Assist the Project Manager to carry out the materials testing and submission of the test reports and certificates to the consultants, including AP and RSE of the project, in compliance with the statutory requirements.
