The Building Works of the Newly Awarded HDB Residential Project to CNQC International（the Company）Was Commenced

The building works of the Bukit Batok N4C18-21 (West Plains) HDB project awarded by the Housing & Development Board of Singapore to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company was commenced on 19^th August 2016.

With contract sum of approximately Singapore Dollars 185 million and a construction period of 41 months, the project is of the largest number of residential units among similar projects awarded by the Housing & Development Board this year till now so far in 2016, as well as among all residential projects constructed by the Company in its history. 

The project is located at Bukit Batok Neighborhood 4, adjacent to the commercial and residential development site awarded to the Company in May 2016. With the two new projects, the company’s real estate development and construction business in the western part of Singapore is expanded further.
