Nin Residence was Honoured with BCA Construction Excellence Award (Merit) in Singapore

At the BCA (Building and Construction Authority) Awards 2016 ceremony held on 26^th May 2016 at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore, Nin Residence was honoured with BCA Construction Excellence Award (Merit).

BCA Construction Excellence Award is awarded to construction projects that achieve performance excellence and serves as an encouragement to contractors to aim for higher standards of management, technical expertise and workmanship. To-date, the group has bagged 6 BCA Construction Excellent Awards.

Nin Residence was built by the Group and is the first private condominium developed under the brand of Qingjian in Singapore. To deliver the quality project, the project team overcame challenging construction conditions with high standards and innovative solutions and performed excellently in both technology and quality. The project achieved a CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System, the industry’s national yardstick for construction quality) score of 95.4, 6.9 points higher than the average score of 2015 published by BCA. It was also issued with Quality Mark (QM) for good workmanship scheme.

Minister for National Development and Chairman of BCA attended the ceremony and presented awards.
