CNQC’s Subsidiaries Honored with Several Accolades at Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority Awards 2018

(23 May 2018 - Hong Kong and Singapore) CNQC International Holdings Limited ("CNQC International," "the Company," together with its subsidiaries, collectively "the Group”, stock code: 1240.HK), a leading property developer and contractor in Singapore, is pleased to announce its subsidiaries Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co., Pte Ltd (“Qingjian South Pacific”), Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd (“Qingjian Realty”), and Welltech Construction Pte Ltd (“Welltech”) were honored with nine accolades at the Singapore annual Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Awards 2018 on 22 May 2018.

The annual BCA Awards are regarded as Singapore’s “Oscars of the Construction Industry.” At this year’s ceremony, Qingjian South Pacific won the BCA Construction Excellence Award for SengKang Compassvale Cape. The award is the highest honor in Singapore’s construction industry. Recipients must meet the highest standards in management, technology, innovation, productivity and building quality. CNQC Group’s other construction company, Welltech, also won the BCA Green and Gracious Builder Excellent Award.

Additionally, five developments from Qingjian Realty won awards for exemplary design and green efforts at the BCA Awards 2018. The Group’s Le Quest project, the first mixed development project in Singapore, was lauded for putting the needs of the community at the center of its design with the BCA UD Mark Gold^PLUS (Design). It also received the BCA Green Mark Gold^PLUS award, Singapore’s highest award for building environments. Bellewoods won BCA UD Mark Gold; Bellewaters won BCA UD Mark Gold^PLUS; The Visionaire won BCA UD Mark Gold (Design) and BCA Green Mark Gold^PLUS ; and the iNz Residence won BCA Green Mark Gold^PLUS.
