CNQC was Honoured with Five Accolades at Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority Awards 2017

CNQC ’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co., Pte Ltd and Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd were honoured with five accolades at Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Awards 2017 Ceremony in June 2017. With its eighth BCA Construction Excellence Award, the group has been awarded with the prestigious BCA Construction Excellence Awards (Award/Merit), which recognizes projects that demonstrated the highest standards of construction excellence in Singapore, for five consecutive years. Minister for Singapore National Development and Chairman of BCA attended the ceremony and presented awards. 

CNQC’s 2017 BCA Awards:

China Cultural Centre is one of China’s largest overseas Cultural Centres. Inaugurated by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Singapore’s former Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong in 2015, Its architecture is  Singapore’s Father of City Planning — Mr Liu Thai Ker.

The first public housing project accorded the CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System, the industry’s national yardstick for construction quality) STAR, one of the highest accolades achievable for quality in Singapore, Hougang Capeview HDB Project also received HDB Construction Award in 2015. With another two CONQUAS STARs accorded to Fernvale Lea HDB Project and Sengkang Compassvale Cape HDB Project, CNQC is the only contractor honoured with three CONQUAS STARs in public housing sector, as released by BCA by now.

Prior to BCA Universal Design Mark Award, Waterbay Private Condominium and Bellewoods EC both received the BCA Green Mark Award (Gold Plus). Besides, Bellewoods EC also received South East Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2016 -- Best Residential Interior Design (Singapore) in 2017.
