Wins the BCA Green and Gracious Builder Award in the Category Star
(22 October 2018 - Hong Kong and Singapore) CNQC International Holdings Limited ("CNQC International," "the Company," together with its subsidiaries, collectively "the Group”, stock code: 1240.HK), a leading property developer and contractor in Singapore, is pleased to announce that Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co., Pte. Ltd. (“South Pacific International”), a subsidiary of CNQC, was awarded BCA Green and Gracious Builder Award in the category Star by Singapore Building & Construction Authority (BCA).
The “Green and Gracious Builders Program” launched by the BCA since 2009 aims to promote the overall construction environment in Singapore towards a healthy and stable development. The Company has been continuously improving its management and construction standards, since it was awarded the Green and Gracious Building Award in 2012. And after repeatedly strict inspection and assessment, the Company won the BCA Green and Gracious Builder Award in the category Star for the highest honor this year.
