CNQC leverages Singapore's strategic regional advantage to expand into other S-E Asian countries
AS announced in 2013 by Chinese President Xi Jinping, the Belt and Road Initiative brings together the strength of the economies within its frames and has made great strides with mutual development.
In 2015, Singapore contributed more than 80 per cent of the total investment from the Belt and Road countries to China, and was also one of the largest destinations for China's investments. The bilateral relations between Singapore and China has entered into a new phase, a partnership of all-round cooperation.
In this new context, with numerous opportunities emerging, it is vital for enterprises of both countries to seize the opportunities brought by this growth driver in order to achieve win-win development with their partners.
CNQC Group (also known as Qingjian) ventured overseas in 1983 and has been expanding its operations to more than 20 countries globally.
