Two Subsidiaries of CNQC Win the HDB Award Confirming the Leading Position in Singapore

(6 September 2018 - Hong Kong and Singapore) CNQC International Holdings Limited ("CNQC International," "the Company," together with its subsidiaries, collectively "the Group”, stock code: 1240.HK), a leading property developer and contractor in Singapore, is pleased to announce that Welltech Construction Pte Ltd (Welltech) and Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co. Pte. Ltd (South Pacific International), two subsidiaries of CNQC, each was honored with accolade at the Singapore Housing and Development Board (HDB) 2018 Awards Ceremony on 3 September 2018.

A total of 31 HDB Awards presented this year, known as the “Oscars of the Construction Industry”, with the aim to inspire construction consulting companies and contractors who have achieved outstanding results and innovations in the public housing.

At the award ceremony, the Toa Payoh Crest government public housing project, constructed by South Pacific International, won the 2018 annual HDB Construction Award. South Pacific International has won this valuable award in Singapore construction market for the sixth time.

The Yishun Park Grove government public housing project, constructed by Welltech, won the 2018 annual HDB Construction Merit Award. Welltech has won this remarkable award in Singapore construction market for the sixth time.

Undoubtedly, the awards of South Pacific International and Welltech are the market’s  recognition of the company’s excellent engineering management, first-class construction quality, excellent safety record and good public relations in the project construction process, which further enhance the market reputation and influence of these two companies in Singapore's construction engineering field, as well as the company's market development competitiveness.
